Hello!

My name is Dr. Reshma Dhake, and I am looking to purchase 1-2 dental practices in Chicago or near western suburbs (Cicero, Berwyn, Oak Park etc). I have acquired 3 practices and am hoping to expand our business. Our practice is a family, general and cosmetic practice, and we provide compassionate comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Are you looking to sell your practices, but are disillusioned with the downsides of DSOs? We want to make sure that your team and patients feel right at home here as they have in your practice all these years. We don't ever plan to have non-dentists telling your team how to treat your patients. We have a great team and extremely happy patients - just look at our Google Reviews! And, depending on the size of the transaction, we can purchase the practice without financing.

Here is the criteria of what I am looking for:

General dental practices
Location less than 10 miles from one of the two offices and preferably between them. (below is a map of our two practices)
Below $1M in revenue
Storefront or stripmall location (professional building not preferred)
Real estate included is a plus, but not required
Patient mix of PPOs and FFS. A small portion of medicaid is fine too. No HMOs.
Ideally, the Seller stays on for a period of time to help find an associate or there's already an associate in place.
Minimum 4 chairs (or plumbed for 4 chairs)
